In a win or go home game three, the Kabos Bantam 'AA' Broncos leading scorer stepped up.

Finding the back of the net twice in the second period, Reed Jacobson helped the Broncos clinch the South Division crown with a 4-2 victory over the Prairie Storm.

Tied 1-1 early in the middle frame, Jacobson netted his 6th goal of the playoffs to give Swift Current a 2-1 advantage, before scoring number 7 with 1:32 left in the frame.

His two goals put the Broncos up 3-1 after two and within twenty minutes of a trip to the Saskatchewan Bantam 'AA' Hockey League championship.

Despite being outshot 7-2 in the third period, Broncos goalie Jacob Herman was able to hold the fort down for most of it.

The Prairie Storm did manage to score their second goal of the game with just 20 seconds remaining, trimming the Broncos lead to 3-2, however, a Cash Arntsen empty-net goal 14 second later sealed the Swift Current win.

Mac Gross had the first goal of the game for the Broncos, while Herman finished the contest making 19 saves on 21 shots.

Although it was tough for their Sunday to get any better following the come from behind series win over the Prairie Storm, the Swift Current's did just mere hours later.

Further north, the Sask Valley Vipers upset the Saskatoon Maniacs 4-3 in their decisive game three, which means Swift Current had their spot in Western's secured.

Sask Valley and the Broncos will meet in the league final, but with Sask Valley being this year's host, the Saskatchewan seed will go to the Broncos regardless of whether they win or lose to the Vipers.

The league final has yet to be scheduled, while Western's will take place from March 30th - April 2nd in Warman.
