Games on Friday and Sunday saw the Swift Current Abbey Resources Midget AA Broncos tie and suffer an overtime loss at Fairview West.

The Midget Broncos and Notre Dame Hounds tied 3-3 Friday night on goals from Colt Kornfeld, Ryland Hornung, and Rhett Evjen.

Sunday's game against the Regina Monarchs saw similar names on the stat sheet, as Evjen and Kornfeld buried pucks once again, with Quinn Patenaude adding Swift's third goal of the game.

However, the Monarchs used three of their own in regulation and a fourth just 52 seconds into the overtime frame to down the Midget Broncos 4-3.

Jackson Sitter (2 A) recorded the lone multi-point game of the weekend in the loss.

The Midget AA Broncos (8-2-3-1) are back on the road in Balgonie on Saturday against the Prairie Storm Extreme (4-10-3-0) and Sunday in Yorkton against the Terriers (4-3-2-2).
