Bears Den pot holes 004

Garbage can be taken across from the Bears Den Lodge.

The Town of Shaunavon will be holding their Annual Garbage Transfer Weekend this weekend.

Ron Phillips, Director of Operations for the Town of Shaunavon, says, "Well, a few years back the Town decided to provide the residents with, since the dump moved out of town, to provide them with an easier way for people that don't have a truck or a way of getting garbage out  to the dump themselves. So we bring bins in and set them across from the Bears Den."

Town residents are welcome to bring their garbage to the bins this Friday, Saturday and Sunday April 21st, 22nd and 23rd, each day from eight a.m. until four p.m. Town of Shaunavon staff will be available on site to assist.

Please remember that any yard waste should be taken to the compost pile and any white goods, which are appliances, need to be taken to Jack's Repair.
