An incident in Moose Jaw, which ended in Herbert, has lead to the arrest of a 24 year old man from Maple Creek.

Wednesday night just before seven p.m. the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to an incident on the 1700 block of Main Street North in that city regarding a report of a male pointing a firearm at a taxi driver.

When Police arrived they were unable to find the suspect.

After further investigation, the suspect was identified and, with help from the RCMP, was arrested in Herbert.

The 24 year old from Maple Creek has been charged with Robbery, using a firearm in the commission of an offence, and several Breaches of Court Orders.
