The Ted Knight Saskatchewan Hockey Hall of Fame (SHHOF) in Swift Current, together with the Saskatchewan Hockey Association has announced the host community and class of inductees for its ninth annual Induction dinner.

This year`s event will take place at the Yorkton Curling Rink in Yorkton, Saskatchewan on July 24, 2020.

Seven individuals and two teams are being inducted in this year's class.

In the Player Category:

  • Kelly Buchberger (Langenberg, SK);
  • Cliff Koroll (Canora, SK);
  • Nick Schultz (Strasbourg, SK); 
  • Mandi Schwartz (Yorkton, SK). 

In the Builder Category:

  • Gerry James (Regina, SK).

In the Grassroots Category:

  • Al Harrison (Maryfield, SK);
  • Wayne Henley (Melfort, SK).

In the Team Category:

  • Yorkton Mallers (1992-1993);
  • Yorkton Terriers (2013-2014). 

Since opening its doors in 2012, the Ted Knight Saskatchewan Hockey Hall of Fame has celebrated the contributions and achievements of local players, builders, team officials and those at the grassroots level of the sport.

The annual induction dinner rotates throughout the province in partnership with the Saskatchewan Hockey Association to promote and celebrate local inductees while raising funds that benefit the local host community.
