Five people have now been charged in last year's death of Logan Ring.

Yesterday Todd Donaldson and Collin Perrault - both of Swift Current - were both arrested and charged with second-degree murder. Ring's body was discovered at Saskatchewan Landing on November 17, 2016.

RCMP say all five individuals charged know each other and were known to Ring.

Also charged this past week have been Tanisha Lynn Perrault, Rebecca Lynn Kuhlman, and Jolene Denise Epp.

While we appreciate the public’s interest in the investigation and charges, we must respect the court process," said Sergeant Murray Chamberlin of F Division Major Crime Unit South. "Information will come in due course. I can’t imagine how difficult the past eleven months have been for Logan Ring’s loved ones; our thoughts are with them during what must have been a very difficult week. While we can’t provide further details about the investigation, I can confirm that it is ongoing."

Donaldson and Collin Perrault are due in Swift Current Provincial Court Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Police say both arrests yesterday were without incident. Donaldson - born April 3, 1969 - was arrested at a Swift Current business. Perrault - born September 22, 1968 - attended the Swift Current Municipal Detachment where he was arrested.
