  • Far North East (3),
  • North West (52),
  • North Central (14),
  • North East (9),

In the South West, there is one new case of COVID-19, this in the South West 1 sub-zone.

Testing & Vaccinations:

642 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine were administered on Saturday, bringing the total vaccination count to 33,039.

These were distributed to:

  • Saskatoon (148),
  • North West (261) and
  • South East (233) zones.

The total percentage of dosage delivered came to 101% of the available doses.  The Saskatchewan Health Authority reports that this is due to efficiencies in drawing extra doses from the vials they have received (like scraping out every last drop of peanut butter from the jar.)

2,684 tests were performed yesterday.  This takes the province's per-capita testing rate to 279,708 people tested per million.  This still falls far short of the national average, which currently sits at 452,236 people tested per million.

In total, 490,939 people have been tested in the province.

The seven-day average of new cases is at 272 (22.5 new cases per 100,000 population.
