Dexter Bacsu was first arrested on April 26, 2023, and has since been rearrested three additional times.

An RCMP release this morning stated that another report of a historical sexual assault received in July has led to more repercussions for the former teacher.

Bacsu appeared in Maple Creek Provincial Court yesterday, he was charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference. 

Investigators believe there are other victims and encourage survivors of sexual assault to contact Maple Creek RCMP.
