Police responded to a crash yesterday in Swift Current.

The two vehicles collided around 5 p.m., with one being a GMC Acadia and the other a Pontiac G5, at the intersection of Sixth Avenue Southeast and South Railway Street East. 

RCMP say that the driver of the Pontiac was unable to stop in time to avoid the GMC. 

No one was injured in this incident, although both cars had to be towed away.

The driver of the GMC was ticketed for failing to yield to traffic while making a left turn.
