Municiple stakeholders met in Cabri last night to determine what should be done about Highway 32.

The meeting brought together leaders from the Cabri/Leader area, including representation from Saskatchewan Highways to address the deterioration of Highway 32.The road is in bad need of repair and has even spawned a website that documents the treacherous driving conditions.

Sandra Blyth is the project manger for Action Southwest. She says Sask Highways is aware of the road's poor condition and hopes a new study on the economic impact of this situation will speed up the necessary repairs.

Blyth adds once the report is finished, the committee will try to meet with other public bodies.  The report is expected within the next two months.
