The Swift Current Home Hardware U18 AA Legionnaires snapped a two-game losing streak with a 4-2 win over the Notre Dame Hounds at Innovationplex on Thursday night.

Ryder Gilroy opened the scoring for the Hounds with the lone goal of the first period, and Sam Kirwan responded with a goal at 10:16 of the second period to tie the game before Bryant Linklater regained the lead for the Hounds with 2:38 left in the middle frame. The Legionnaires then scored three unanswered goals in the third period, including a power play goal by Kade Stringer to tie the game, and goals from Wesley Olson and Parker Rondeau to seal the victory.

Jacob Morris made 33 saves for the Legionnaires, who were outshot 35-33 by the Hounds.

The Legionnaires (21-8-3) will head to Saskatoon for a two-game set with the Contacts this weekend.
