Coming up this Sunday, community members are welcomed to First United Church for their spring ham supper.

The supper begins at 5:30 p.m. and includes ham, buns, scalloped potatoes, corn, carrots, salads, and even desserts.

Rhonda Lotochinski, office manager at First United Church in Swift Current, is delighted to bring the community together and raise funds for the church.

"We’re just having a spring ham supper,” said Lotochinski. “There are takeout tickets and tickets to eat here and it’s advance tickets only.”

The church is offering a total of 150 tickets and only 40 are still available, 15 of which are to dine at the church and the remaining are for takeout.

“Tickets are going fast,” Lotochinski added, encouraging residents to take advantage of the final tickets.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for kids ages six – 11, and free for children under the age of six.

Lotochinski notes that attendees aren't required to be members of the church, anyone can purchase a ticket.

Interested parties can purchase tickets by calling First United Church at (306)773-9353 or visiting the office on Third Avenue Northeast on a weekday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
