The Saskatchewan Health Authority has announced Moderna Vaccination Clinics around the southwest for the week of July 11 to 14.

Appointments are required to receive your vaccination.

Clinics will be held in the following places:

Monday, July 12 
  • Testing Site at 102 5th Avenue West in Maple Creek from 1 until 3:30 p.m.
  • In the Eastend  Tea Room in Eastend from 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Tuesday, July 13
  • The Maple Creek Legion Hall from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday July 14
  • Christ the King Church Hall in Shaunavon from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
