Relatively low numbers were reported across the board in the latest COVID-19 update from the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Government of Saskatchewan in their Sunday update.

The SHA announced three new recoveries and two new confirmed cases of the virus.

The two cases are in the Far North region, and put the province's overall reported case total at 632.

Meanwhile, the trio of recoveries boosts that stat up to 538.

There are now 87 active cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan.

As well, there was a decrease of one in the number of residents in hospital, with that figure sitting at five as of Sunday afternoon. Three of those people are in the ICU in Saskatoon, with the other two receiving inpatient care - one each in Saskatoon and Regina.

A total of 43,862 COVID-19 tests have now been performed province-wide.
