The critically acclaimed film "Giant Little Ones" will have a special screening tonight, November 13, at seven thirty in Shaunavon at The Plaza Theatre.

The film is written and directed by Shaunavon native Keith Behrman, who will be in attendance at the showing, as well as at a Pre-Show Reception in The Gallery at The Gran Coteau Heritage and Cultural Center starting at six o'clock.

Behrman will also be doing a presentation at The Shaunavon High School, and following the screening tonight will be available for a Q and A.

Admission to the movie is by donation.

Joanne Gregoire is the Director of Culture for The Town of Shaunavon. She talks about how this screening, and Keith's visit was made possible. She says, "So, it really wouldn't have been able to happen if we hadn't had some support from The Town of Shaunavon and the Greenslade family. Both are contributing towards the expenses on this, so that's why we were able to go the extra mile and bring Keith home and have a real celebration with it."

The  Town of Shaunavon donated approximately $4,000 towards the event.
