Street and Sidewalk Repairs are Becoming More Prevalent

Swift Current City Crews will be working on streets and sidewalks.

Closed streets and barricades are a common sight this time of the year around Swift Current as city crews work on the streets and sidewalks.

Rob Niewenhuizen with the City’s Engineering Department, says one area that’s receiving some attention this summer is the downtown sidewalks.

He adds that crews will continue to work hard for the next few weeks, getting those repairs completed.
