The Swift Current Minor Lacrosse season will have a delay, while the Swift Current United club soccer season has halted as well during the outbreak of COVID-19.

Swift Current Rampage Lacrosse issued a statement over the weekend, as did Sask Lacrosse, noting the upcoming season has not been cancelled, though all immediate sanctioned activities have been postponed at this time.

The fate of the Minor Lacrosse AGM, set for Wednesday night, will be decided on this evening.

A similar statement was released by Saskatchewan Soccer Association, following the direction of Canada Soccer, suspending all sanctioned activities immediately.

Update will continue to be provided as they arise.
