There is one new COVID-19 case reported by the Saskatchewan Health Authority today.

That new case is in the Saskatoon region and brings the provincial total up from yesterday to 684. That total includes two out of province residents who tested positive in Saskatchewan that were reported June 15.

Of the 684 reported COVID-19 cases in the province, 40 are considered active.

There are two more recoveries reported in this afternoon's report, which brings the total number of people recovered in the province to 631.

Three people are in hospital. Two are receiving inpatient care, one in the North and one in Saskatoon, and one person is in intensive care in Saskatoon.

To date, 56,715 COVID-19 tests have been performed in Saskatchewan.
