A soon-to-be Swift Current Comp. Colt alumni suited up with and against some of the best high school football players the province has to offer this past Sunday.

Offensive lineman Parker Robertson helped Team South defeat Team North 58-12 in the 2024 Football Saskatchewan Senior Bowl in Regina.

"It's some of the best competition I've played against so far in high school," he said. "In Senior Bowl everyone's basically committed to play somewhere after school so playing against the best of the best in the province."

Robertson was one of three playing his position, so he rotated in for every third snap his team took.

The game played at Mosaic Stadium, with a capacity of over 33,000 fans, was a moment the Regina Thunder commit was happy to be a part of. The only other time he's been able to hit the gridiron at Mosaic was during the Thunder's spring camp.

"It was pretty cool playing where the pros play," he said.

He will have the next two months off from football before the Thunder main camp opens in late July.
