The Salvation Army's Christmas Campaign is well underway in Swift Current, and with two weeks until Christmas Day, your support is still needed. So far, over $95,000 has been raised for the campaign and thousands of pounds of non-perishable food items have been donated to the food bank, but the Salvation Army notes that only 96 of the 227 Angel Tree tags have been returned, and those who took a tag are being asked to get the toys to the Miracle Room by the end of this week.

Major Don Grad with the Salvation Army joined Colin on the Magic Morning Show to give an update on the Christmas campaign.

You can support the Salvation Army's Christmas campaign by visiting the Miracle Room at Swift Current Mall and by donating at the Christmas Kettles located at businesses throughout the city. There are still times available for those who want to volunteer for a shift at the kettles and you can get more details by calling Arlene at 306-741-1714, or the Salvation Army office at 306-778-0515.
