As of May 21, The Saskatchewan Health Authority is reporting two new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the province.

That brings the provincial total to 622.

The two new cases are in the Far North.

Of the 622 reported cases, 106 are considered active.

Fifteen more people have recovered from the virus, bringing that provincial total to 509.

There are currently five people in the hospital..two are receiving inpatient care, one in Saskatoon and one Regina, and three are in intensive care, all in Saskatoon.

Seven deaths from COVID-19 have been reported to date in the province.

There have been 42,443 COVID-19 tests performed in the province.
