The Regina Thunder junior football team (Prairie Football Conference of the CJFL) have three former Swift Current Comp. Colts football players with them this year.

Noah Steinley is a fourth-year offensive lineman; Zach Cloutier is a second-year linebacker; and Carter Moberg is the starting quarterback and a third-year.

The Thunder are off to a 2-0 start after road wins against the Calgary Colts (36-20) and Edmonton Wildcats (53-14) over the past two weeks.  They have their home opener today against the Winnipeg Rifles.

This past week Carter Moberg was named the PFC offensive player of the week after going 21-34 for 367 yards passing with 5 TD passes.
