In other NHL playoff action, Yanni Gourde’s goal early in the third period stood up as the game-winner as the Seattle Kraken hung on to beat Colorado 3-2 to move one win away from winning their first-ever playoff series. Morgan Geekie and Tye Kartye scored for the Kraken, who’ll host game six in Seattle on Friday.

Tonight, the Toronto Maple Leafs will look to advance to the second round for the first time since 2004 when they host the Tampa Bay Lightning holding a 3-1 lead in their series, while the Winnipeg Jets visit the Vegas Golden Knights needing a win to stay alive.
