There is no doubt in anyone's mind that the hockey world is small. Currently, the hockey world is under the spotlight for not necessarily the most positive of reasons with the firing of Don Cherry, and various hockey personal around the world. 

Sometimes there are just things that happen that are bigger than hockey, as at the end of the day it is just a game. When things happen in the hockey world, everyone tends to come together and lend a helping hand! 

This is going on in Weyburn right now, as a player by the name of Cooper Walbaum from Griffin Saskatchewan is playing Midget AA hockey with the Weyburn John Hulbert Construction Wings has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of just 15 years old.
