For many residents in Swift Current and the surrounding area, they experienced a power outage on Monday.
SaskPower said that the cause of the outage was a transmission transformer that was tripped off and locked out three substations, which SaskPower crews then had to restore.
The cause of what tripped off the transmission transformer is unknown.
