This weekend saw many Southwest residents brave winter's last stand to partake in the 37th Annual Step Into Spring Home and Leisure Show.

Tracy Stevenson, General Manager of the AG & Ex comments on attendance

"There was just over 3,400 a bit over last year, I can contribute that to the weather on Friday Night and a little on Sunday as well, " she said. "We are pretty close, we're on par that we have been for the last two or three years. We are

hitting the average, we average between 3,400 and 3,700."

Attendees were also able to get first chance at the Platinum Package of Frontier Days which gives ticket holders access to all the attractions at the event. there were 500 available at $50 and they sold out of them over the weekend.

People can still get the Platinum package but the price is now $85.00

Stevenson is looking forward to a better 2018 show next year.
