In the January 14 COVID-19 update from The Saskatchewan Health Authority they are reporting a total of 312 new cases of the virus in the province.

Of those 312 new cases there are 14 in the Far North West zone, 8 in the Far North Central zone, 29 in the Far North East zone, 18 in the North West zone, 39 in the North Central zone, 7 in the North East zone, 99 in the Saskatoon zone, 2 in the Central West zone, 7 in the Central East zone, and 51 in the Regina zone.

There are currently 7 new cases in the South Central zone, 24 in the South East zone, and 1 in the South West zone.

There are 6 new cases with pending residence information.

Sixteen cases with pending residence information were assigned as follows - 2 to the Far North West zone, 3 to the Far North Central zone, 1 to the Far North East zone, 2 to the North West zone, 6 to the North Central zone, 1 to the North East zone, and 1 to the Saskatoon zone.

The seven-day average of daily new cases is 313 (25.9 new cases per 100,000 population).

That brings the provincial total number of COVID-19 cases to 19,329, of which 3,859 are considered active.

There are currently 11 active cases in the South West zone.

There is one outbreak reported in the South Central zone at the Assiniboia Union Hospital. In non-household settings, an outbreak is confirmed when two or more people test positive for COVID-19.

There are 201 recoveries reported today, bringing that provincial total to 15,264.

There are no deaths reported in the province today, which leaves the total number of deaths related to COVID-19 at 206.

There are 206 people in hospital. One hundred and seventy-three are receiving inpatient care - 1 in the Far North West zone, 2 in the Far North Central zone, 1 in the Far North East zone, 13 in the North West zone, 34 in the North Central zone, 13 in the North East zone, 47 in the Saskatoon zone, 1 in the Central West zone, 8 in the Central East zone, 42 in the Regina zone, 1 in the South Central zone, and 10 in the South East zone.

There are currently 33 people in intensive care - 2 in the North West zone, 5 in the North Central zone, 15 in the Saskatoon zone, 1 in the Central  East zone, and 10 in the Regina zone.

To date, 461,936 COVID-19 tests have been processed in Saskatchewan.

And yesterday, there were 3,270 COVID-19 tests processed.

The trends of COVID-19 cases in children and youth, ages 0-19 years continue to be monitored.

For the week of January 4-10, 2021 there were a total of 775 active cases in the province, with 17 of those with location or residence information unavailable.

In the Far North West zone there are 60 active cases reported-the Far North Central zone is reporting 13 cases, the Far North East zone reports 160 cases, the North West zone reports 119 cases, the North Central zone reports 96 cases, the North East zone reports 39 cases, the Central West zone reports 3 cases, the Central East zone report 35 cases, the Saskatoon zone reports 105 cases the Regina zone reports 73 cases, the South West zone reports 1 case, the South Central zone reports 9 cases, and the South East zone reports 48 cases.

On January 13,  a total of 1,393 doses of COVID-19 vaccine were administered in the Regina zone (393), the Saskatoon zone (174), the North Central zone (139), the Far North West zone (130) the Far North Central zone (20), the Far North East zone (11) and the North East zone (100).
