Environment and Climate Change Canada has just issued a tornado warning for southwest Saskatchewan.

This warning applies specifically to the RMs of Carmichael, Bone Creek, and Webb. These include the areas of Simmie, Scotsguard, and Antelope Lake.

The ECC advises residents of the area to take immediate cover if a weather threat approaches, and to pay attention to the skies as inclement weather may be approaching. Remain indoors if possible, otherwise shelter yourself from flying debris. When indoors, it is advised to take cover in a basement or interior room.
