Wal-Mart has lost a bid to stop the Saskatchewan Labor Relations Board from hearing cases related to efforts to unionize stores in the province.

A judge rejected claims that the Board was biased against the company and there were attempts to interfere with it’s operations.

Those applications have been delayed by legal wrangling.
