Upgrades to the West Rural Water Pipeline starting today will have some residents in the R.M. of Swift Current without tap water for several hours.
Properties west of the City limits won't be able to access to tap water from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. as a result of the upgrades.
Once the pipeline reopens, affected properties will be placed on a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA) until further notice.
The City will announce on their Facebook page or Twitter when the PDWA has been lifted.
Upgrades to the West Rural Water Pipeline will begin Wednesday the 25th, impacting properties west of City limits that are on the pipeline. Water service will be turned off from 8Am-3PM, followed by a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory. DETAILS: https://t.co/JzllR1oadK pic.twitter.com/1gIT6868Li
