One team will suffer their first loss of the season Wednesday night at Mitchell Field, when two of the WMBL's three remaining undefeated clubs clash.

The East-leading Swift Current 57's (4-0) will play host to the West-leading Lethbridge Bulls (5-0), in a contest of the WMBL's past two league champions.

Monday night's game will feature two potent offences.

Lethbridge and Swift Current have combined to hit 14 of the league's 22 home-runs so far this season and both teams are averaging north of eight runs per game.

57's Pitcher Bobby St. Pierre will be looking to tame the Bull's offence when he takes the mound for his second start of the season.

In Swift Current's home-opening win, St. Pierre went six innings, giving up just one unearned run on two hits and striking out five.

At the plate, the 57's come into the game having hit six home-runs in their previous two contests, including a grand slam in each.

First pitch between Swift Current and Lethbridge is scheduled for 7:05pm.
