The CP Rail line in between the village of Webb and the town of Gull Lake was reopened last night after the necessary repairs and safety checks were complete.

Crews remain on scene as cleanup of a train derailment approximately 40 kilometres west of Swift Current continues.

Thirty-seven CP freight trains carrying potash derailed at approximately 8:10 p.m. on October 3.

CP says there were no injuries involved in the derailment and no dangerous goods involved.
