Saskatchewan residents will be getting ready to ring those phones as Telemiracle 47 takes place this weekend February 25th-26th in Saskatoon at Prairieland Park and airs on CTV.

Committee Chair for this year's Telemiracle, Scott Lamb provides details on how the funds raised help those in need.

"The money raised goes right back here in the province to the people that need it. We assist with things like travel to medical appointments. Sometimes we get sick and need to go to special places to get special treatment and that's what the Telemiracle Foundation is here to do."

Lamb adds that Beverly Mahood and Brad Johner will be back again this year along with a slew of talented performers. He reveals some of the new and local talent performing during the telecast.

"We've got some new talent coming to the national cast to watch for including Michael Linklater and Jake Vaadeland. We're super excited to have the Central School Choir this year and Kylie Stock right from Swift Current performing on Telemiracle."

Again, this year, clubs from all over the province will attend including both the Swift Current Kinsmen and Kinettes who each have on-air presentations on Saturday.
