Swift Current and area are under advisory for funnel clouds and periodic thunderstorms throughout the day.

Environment and Climate Change Canada is advising Swift Current and area to be on alert for funnel clouds. They are also cautioning southwest Sask. as a whole about periodic thunderstorms throughout the prairies. 

In the event that funnel clouds form and a tornado touches down in your area, take shelter immediately.
