The Swift Current Broncos dropped a 4-1 decision to the Eastern Conference-leading Saskatoon Blades on Saturday night at SaskTel Centre.

After a scoreless first period, Brandon Lisowsky and Egor Sidorov scored nearly a minute apart to give the Blades a 2-0 lead midway through the second. Ryan McCleary picked up his third goal of the season to make it 2-1 midway through the middle frame, but Sidorov and Trevor Wong added goals in the third to wrap up the Blades' second victory over the Broncos this season.

Joey Rocha made 37 saves as the Broncos outshot the Blades 40-27.
