The Swift Current 57's started a four-game Alberta road swing with a 6-3 loss to the Lethbridge Bulls on Friday night at Spitz Stadium.

Jose Ayala went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI for Swift Current and starter Jacob Young struck out three batters and allowed one hit and one run over four innings. Andres Mendez took the loss in relief. Josh Kabayama hit a homer and drove in four runs for the bulls with Javier de Alejandro striking out five batters in the victory and Jack Kalisky picking up the save.

The 57's (7-17) face the Bulls again on Saturday in Lethbridge.
