The Swift Current Home Hardware U18 AAA Legionnaires dropped a 4-2 decision to the Regina Pat Canadians at InnovationPlex on Friday night.

Cruz Klapak and Ryan Zaremba made it 2-0 for the Pat-C's by the 15-minute mark of the first period, before Hudson Darby scored to cut the Legionnaires' deficit to 2-1 after 20 minutes. Matthew Ronn scored 39 seconds into the middle frame to give Regina a two-goal lead again before Eric Hoiness responded with a power play marker at 6:34. Wyatt Homeniuk wrapped up the scoring for Regina with a goal 6:18 into the third period.

Landyn Nash added two assists for the Legionnaires and Jacob Morris made 31 saves as Regina outshot Swift Current 35-28.

The Legionnaires (25-13-0-4) wrap up the regular season with games in Warman next Sunday and at home to Regina on February 28.
