The Sylvan Lake Gulls hit six home runs as a team en route to a 15-8 win over the Swift Current 57's at Mitchell Field on Wednesday night.

Cooper Ciesielski hit three two-run homers for the Gulls while Elijah Hammill drove in three runs with two homers and Nate Milk added a solo shot for his first home run of the season.

Trailing 12-2 after six innings, the 57's mounted a late comeback with six runs in the seventh including a pinch-hit two-run single from Marcus Graham, who was later forced home on a bases-loaded walk. Luis Ayala and Jefferey Gutierrez came home on wild pitches in the inning and Jeremiah Sanchez scored on a throwing error after coming home on a wild pitch in the first inning. Demetrio Archuleta hit an RBI single in the fourth for the 57's.

Adam Korte struck out four batters and allowed eight earned runs and six hits over four innings as he took the loss for Swift Current. Sylvan Lake's Josh Tucker allowed two runs on three hits and threw five strikeouts over five innings for the victory.

The 57's (4-12) and Gulls play again tonight at 7:05 p.m. from Mitchell Field.
