The Innovation Credit Union Wildcats come back from a two-week break when they visit the Regina Rebels tonight.

Swift Current, who have all but locked up the #3 playoff seed with three games remaining, hasn't played since a 2-1 double-overtime win over the Saskatoon Stars on February 1.

The Wildcats announced this morning that another player on their roster has committed to post-secondary hockey, with Kylee Hansen set to play for Minot State University next season. Hansen has a goal and five points in 45 career U18 AAA games.

In other minor hockey, the Full Line Ag U18 AA Wildcats fell 3-1 in Regina last night. Abbey Arntsen had the lone goal for Swift Current and Jorja Imrie made 22 saves in the loss. Tonight, the WW Smith U13 Wildcats will visit the Lumsden-Bethune Lynx.

In the WHL last night, Jordan Keller scored twice and added an assist as the Saskatoon Blades beat Prince George 5-2, and Brad Lambert had a goal and two helpers as Seattle doubled up Tri-City 4-2. Lethbridge hosts Calgary, Kelowna welcomes Everett and Spokane entertains Portland tonight while the Swift Current Broncos visit the Winnipeg ICE.

Pierre-Luc Dubois scored the tying goal in the third period and scored in the shootout as the Winnipeg Jets beat the Seattle Kraken 3-2 in Tuesday night's NHL action. Meanwhile, Jake Allen made 22 saves for the shutout as Montreal blanked Chicago 4-0, and Tim Stuetzle got the shootout winner and scored in regulation as Ottawa beat the New York Islanders 3-2. Toronto hosts Chicago, Edmonton welcomes Detroit and Vancouver hosts the New York Rangers as part of tonight's six-game schedule.

Riders make Harris signing official, Fajardo goes to Als

The Saskatchewan Roughriders did confirm one of the worst-kept secrets in the CFL, signing 11-year veteran quarterback Trevor Harris to a two-year contract on the start of the league's free agency period on Tuesday.

Harris, who threw for 4157 yards and 20 touchdowns with the Montreal Alouettes last season, essentially trades places with Cody Fajardo with the former Riders QB signing with the Als on Tuesday.

The Green and White also signed receivers Jake Weineke and Juwan Brescacin, as well as defensive linemen Micah Johnson and Stefan Banks. Former Riders receiver Shaq Evans signed with Ottawa and Duke Williams, another receiver, is off to Hamilton.
