Attracting Employment for Students

The Hire A Student campaign continues at the Service Canada Centre for Youth.

Big box stores, gas stations and restaurants are offering most of the jobs here in Swift Current.

That from Leah Fehr, Summer Employment Officer for the Service Canada Centre for Youth.

She says there are 162 jobs in the bankjob, along with 132 casual job postings.

Fehr reminds the City’s youth that their office is there to help with resumes and connect students with employment.

She adds that the demand continues to receive job postings through the internet.
