The Federal Government is Holding a Meeting on Dual Marketing

The closed-door meeting will be held in Saskatoon this Thursday.

The Federal Government is holding a closed-door roundtable meeting with supporters of a dual marketing option this week in Saskatoon.

David Anderson, the Federal Agriculture Minister’s Parliamentary Secretary for the Canadian Wheat Board, is chairing the event.

He says the meeting will help to outline and discuss the options for dual marketing.

Anderson adds that the federal government is committed to moving forward on dual marketing.

He says they are doing their homework and that no decisions will be made at Thursday’s meeting.
