Jason Robertson completed a hat trick and broke a 3-3 tie with 11:54 left in regulation as the Dallas Stars came back from down 2-0 after 20 minutes to beat the Edmonton Oilers 5-3 on Monday and take a 2-1 lead in the NHL's Western Conference Final.

Wyatt Johnson and Miro Heiskanen also scored for the Stars, while Connor McDavid, Zach Hyman and Adam Henrique replied for the Oilers, who host game four on Wednesday.

Tonight, the New York Rangers look to take a commanding 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Final when they visit the Florida Panthers.

At the Memorial Cup, the Moose Jaw Warriors fell 5-4 to the London Knights in round-robin play in Saginaw, Michigan. Ethan Semeniuk scored twice in a losing cause for the WHL champs, who face a must-win game against the QMJHL's Drummondville Voltigeurs tonight.

Blue Jays snap slide against White Sox

George Springer, Bo Bichette and Davis Schneider homered and Chris Bassitt struck out seven batters over five scoreless innings as the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Chicago White Sox 5-1 on Monday afternoon. The Jays snapped a three-game losing streak with the victory while dropping the Southsiders to 15-40 for their worst 55-game start in franchise history.

The series continues today with Kevin Gausman starting for the Jays against Mike Clevinger.

In the WCBL, the Saskatoon Berries play their inaugural home opener when they welcome the Regina Red Sox to Cairns Field. Elsewhere, Weyburn hosts Lethbridge in a doubleheader and Okotoks welcomes Sylvan Lake. The Swift Current 57's return to action on Wednesday when they host the Fort McMurray Giants.

In minor ball, the 18U AAA 57's host the Zone 7 Sun Devils tonight at 6:30 p.m. from Mitchell Field.

Celtics advance to NBA Finals

Jaylen Brown scored 29 points and Jayson Tatum added 26 as the Boston Celtics completed a four-game sweep of the Indiana Pacers with a 105-102 victory on Monday to win the NBA's Eastern Conference title.

The Celtics will face either the Dallas Mavericks or Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA Finals. Dallas leads the Western Conference Final 3-0 and hosts game four tonight.
